The King Yuan Fu Adoption After School Association Of Taiwan “Children’s Secret Base” initiative promotes environmental education and social responsibility
On the eve of Thanksgiving, King Yuan Fu announced the official adoption of the “Children’s Secret Base” in Yingge District, New Taipei City, a program under the After School Association Of Taiwan. The company will continue to support the educational resources of this center. Actively fulfilling its social responsibility, King Yuan Fu is dedicated to caring for underprivileged children by providing them with enriching learning opportunities. Together with the local community, the company aims to spread love and hope within the region.
This adoption program will cover the tutorial expenses for the entire year from October 2024 to September 2025, with King Yuan Fu contributing NT$1.3 million. The schools benefiting from the program include Yong Ji Elementary School, Yingge Elementary School, Jian-Guo Elementary School, Fengming Elementary School, Zhonghu Elementary School, Chang-Fu Elementary School, Yingge Junior High School, and FengMing Junior High School. The sponsorship from King Yuan Fu will enable students from these schools to access more high-quality learning resources and receive after-school tutoring, helping them overcome academic challenges and build a brighter future.
In addition, King Yuan Fu actively promoted environmental education during the event by preparing an exhibition titled “King Yuan Fu – The Environmental Journey of Plastic Packaging.” This display introduced children to the proper methods of recycling plastic and raised awareness about its environmental impact, aiming to cultivate environmental consciousness from an early age.
A representative from King Yuan Fu stated:

This collaboration with the Happy Learning Association provides us with an opportunity to bring hope and change to more children. Through these efforts, we hope the children can grow in knowledge and love, becoming the pillars of tomorrow.”
The honorary chairman of the After School Association of Taiwan and director Wu Nien-Jen also expressed his gratitude to King Yuan Fu and shared an inspiring message:
“If not for the hope of a better future, the efforts of our generation would be meaningless. But I believe that caring for every child is caring for Taiwan’s future.”
