KYF “Supporting Ying” Program|Sustainable & Vocational Education

The KYF “Supporting Ying” Program continues to advance as the team visited the vibrant New Taipei Municipal Yingge Vocational High School to learn about the school’s efforts in promoting SDGs-aligned sustainable education. On campus, students’ annual projects are integrated with the architectural space, showcasing diverse craftsmanship, design, and creativity, fully demonstrating the strength of vocational education and students’ innovative abilities.

New Taipei Municipal Yingge Vocational High School has long implemented a mentor-apprentice teaching system, ensuring professional skills are effectively passed on. The campus also embodies the spirit of courage and perseverance through the “Ceramic Wall: No Avoidance” concept, reflecting the school’s solid foundation in nurturing skilled technical talents. During the visit, KYF also paid attention to students’ hands-on learning and creative presentations, providing continuous support to ensure the outcomes of vocational education are more widely recognized.

KYF will continue to support the National Technical and Commercial Skills Competitions in the 114th academic year, assisting students to showcase their technical skills and creativity on a broader stage. In the previous 113th academic year, two students won the Gold Hand Award and six received Excellence Awards, achieving remarkable results. The Gold Hand Award is a prestigious government recognition that honors outstanding students in national skills competitions.

Through the “Supporting Ying” Program, KYF not only supports the development of students’ skills but also promotes local education and social well-being, continuously strengthening the company’s commitment to ESG and social responsibility.
